Definition
A responsible-gambling education program delivered inside casinos and sportsbooks, staffed by advisors who explain how the games actually work and how to set limits. Originally developed by the British Columbia Lottery Corporation, later licensed in the US including by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission and MGM Resorts.
